This year is undisputedly the year of the party hit…

After DJ Robin (26) and apron (30) den controversial Ballermann song “Layla” a summer hit, it’s now time to focus on the current après-ski season. Simple melodies and a lot of “Lalalala” and “Shalala” to the words hut and mountains make the hits that run around the ski slopes in Kitzbühel, Hintertux and Sölden absolute catchy tunes.

▶︎ But behind the scenes of the wild party scene, there is a lot going on: Ballermann star Mickie Krause (52) should Party newcomer Micha from the ramp (26, born Micha Kible) stole a song.

They say the party hit scene is the hardest. If you want to survive there, you need a thick skin.

Mickey Krausewho celebrated his breakthrough with “Ten Naked Hairdressers”, has been a superstar both at Ballermann and in the ski areas for over 20 years.

Micah from the ramp, whose trademark is a blue tuba, has only been involved since 2019 and had his first big hit with “Party Animal”. Now Micha from the ramp is pretty angry because of an allegedly stolen song!

What happened?

Rampen-Micha wrote the hit “Hütte, Hütte, schön Berge” on the slopes together with producers and other musicians in the fall. With this song he should conquer all stages in the après-ski season. According to Micha, he had a verbal commitment from his record company “Electrola”, with which Mickie Krause is also under contract. But things turned out differently.

Micha to BILD: “I wrote the song, I had a commitment from my record company to sing the number and now they just gave the song to Mickie Krause. I feel totally ripped off.”

What does the other side say?

In fact, Mickie Krause has already recorded the song and the release is planned for early January. BILD asked Krause about it and was told that he was currently on Christmas vacation with his family, but that he would forward the request to his record company.

The record company reported to BILD on Wednesday and confirmed: “The ‘Electrola’ label has decided that the song ‘Hütte, Hütte, schön Berge’, which was written by a total of five authors, including Micha von der Rampe, by Mickie Krause is to be interpreted.”

How did that happen? The label: “The ‘Electrola’ brought together a large number of songwriters. In the run-up, it was clearly agreed that the record company would determine which song would be used by which artist. All participants, including Micha von der Rampe, agreed to this.”

But Micha von der Rampe sees the decision differently: “On the evening when the song was finished, my A&R manager promised me that it would be my winter hit. I just don’t think the subsequent decision to put another artist on top is fair.”

And what happens now?

Micha von der Rampe decided to just write a new song. The title “Berge, Berge, schön Hütte” sounds a lot like a return carriage, but the melody is far removed from that of the Krause song.

Micha rejects allegations that ER would have stolen the song: “I can name hundreds of songs in which the words hut and mountains appear, that’s typical for a winter holiday”. And what does the record company say?

“It remains questionable whether the song ‘Berge, Berge, schön Hütte’ by Micha von der Rampe, which is now due to be released, can rightly be released, which is why we reserve the right to carry out a legal examination. There is nothing more to say in this context at the moment.
