The criminal trail is no longer relevant in this case which stirred the Belle-Beille district in Angers. Friday evening, around 7:30 p.m., a young woman was found dead in the middle of the street by a passerby, revealed Le Figaro. This discovery had given rise to the opening of an investigation for intentional homicide by the Angers prosecutor’s office, entrusted to the Territorial Directorate of the Judicial Police.
The checks carried out as well as the autopsy report returned on Monday finally made it possible to rule out the criminal trail, according to information from BFMTV.com. The 22-year-old young woman, a homeless person who was staying with a friend, threw herself out of the window.
“The hypothesis adopted is voluntary defenestration, the medical examinations are very clear”, tells us the public prosecutor of Angers, Eric Bouillard.
The prosecutor thus dismisses the participation of a third party in this drama, specifying that the person who accommodated the young woman was absent from the apartment at the time of the facts.
