In his presentation, trainer, consultant and Angular expert Manfred Steyer will deal with the topic of standalone components in Angular at the enterprise JavaScript conference enterJS, which took place again this year in Darmstadt. Thanks to standalone components, Angular applications will no longer need Angular modules. This makes them more streamlined and lightweight. The principles behind it are also quickly understood, but the really interesting question is: How can applications be structured without NgModules?

Manfred Steyer gives an answer to precisely this question in his presentation. He discusses the benefits of structuring an application with standalone components and how related building blocks can be grouped together. To do this, he compares different approaches. He also addresses edge cases such as lazy loading and discusses the conversion of existing applications to standalone components.
