Fans of the spy series “Tehran” on Apple TV+ can rejoice. As it has now been announced, the third season is officially confirmed. Not only that, the cast will join Hugh Laurie – better known as Dr. House – join. The new season is already in production.

Laurie will take on the role of South African nuclear inspector Eric Peterson. Laurie will star alongside Niv Sultan, who reprises her role as Mossad agent Tamar Rabinyan, as well as returning stars Shaun Toub and Shila Ommi, and newcomers Sasson Gabai, Bahar Pars and Phoenix Raei.

After Tamar went rogue at the end of season two and coped with the loss of her closest allies, in season three Tamar must find a way to reinvent herself and win back the support of the Mossad if she is to survive.
