Season 2 of Arcane will arrive later than expected, but the universe extends far beyond that. Riot has just dated its next League of Legends game which could well delight all fans of the series, and of the MOBA of course.

If League of Legends is an interplanetary cardboard, that it has democratized esports and that it brings together millions of players each month, its universe is ultimately quite unknown. It is, in any case, true in the eyes of ordinary mortals, those who do not survey the Summoner’s Rift regularly. These people, new and curious fans who want to learn more about the universe created by Riot Games, all come from the series Arcane. And they too are affected by the brand new game of the franchise.

A new League of Legends game

Arcane, it’s THE animation blockbuster that set Netflix on fire when it was released. An artistic tour de force, but not only. With a controlled narration, a generous lore and colorful characters, Riot, supported by the Fortiche studio, has been able to introduce its world to a very wide audience.
Moreover, the Riot Forge has not yet cut the stoves, and it is not about to happen. While several big projects are in development, including an MMO and a fighting game, several titles are gradually emerging. Ruined King, Hextech Mayhem or Mageseeker are examples. More intimate games, with drastically different experiences that allow you to expand both the lore of League of Legendsbut also to reach a different audience.

Zaun, creepy and intriguing

Arcane fans will be able to find one of their heroes

Soon, CONV/RGENCE will land on consoles and PC, a young action platformer that will speak to both fans ofArcane and MOBA fans League of Legends. We will embody the young Ekko who will try to survive in the cradingues streets of Zaun, the famous lower town of Piltover. The opportunity to discover a whole new facet of this city, but also of Ekko who, in addition to being a very popular character in the MOBA, is one of the major protagonists of the Arcane series.
Nevertheless, CONV/RGENCE does not seem to have a direct link with the games from which it is based. It is an independent production that can be played even without knowing the universe.
CONV/RGENCE is expected on PS5, Xbox Series, PC, PS4 and Xbox One from May 23. We leave you with its trailer which already promises a nervous game with an artistic direction that has a lot of style.
