Icy cold, extreme heat, survival training in the jungle – YouTuber “OttoBulletproof” regularly goes to the limit and lets his community participate. Now he pushes others to their limits!

In his new survival format “Arctic Warrior” is presented by Otto Karasch (40), former elite soldier and winner of “7 vs. Wild” puts the participants to a tough test: they are left out in the wilderness for five days in freezing temperatures and have to reach a set destination.

In an interview with BILD, Otto reveals which of the 16 participants in “Arctic Warrior” impresses him the most and which survival show he has planned next.

The first episode of “Arctic Warrior” has already been viewed more than 1.9 million times on YouTube. And episode two already has over a million views.

Of course, the creators of the show are very happy: “I’m super satisfied with the format. It couldn’t be better. I’m not that big of a creator yet. I’m just super happy with it,” Otto told BILD.

Otto is also enthusiastic about the celebrities and other participants. And quite a few people surprised him with his performance at -37 degrees in Lapland (Finland).

“The most blatant thing for me was actually seeing how the supposedly weaker participants – seen by others – performed great, participated in everything. It’s really cool how people have grown beyond their limits,” Otto continued.

The former elite soldier is particularly impressed by one thing: Gerd Schönfelder (52).

“One of the most blatant things I find is that a Gerd with disabilities, with only one arm and two fingers, puts on such a performance,” says Otto about the 14-times ski racing world champion and 16-times gold medal winner at the Paralympics.

What comes after “Ocean Warrior” and after “Arctic Warrior”? For Otto, it’s very clear that after the success of the first two survival shows on YouTube, things have to continue: “The plan for next year is: ‘Desert Warrior’ – in other words, in the desert!”

And his elite training “Jungle Warrior” should also come as a survival show on YouTube!
