Stumbled on the run: A man from Dortmund caught a downpipe thief at his house. It was possibly his second theft there.
Suspicious squeak got a thief in on Friday night Dortmund grains convicted: The homeowner heard noises from outside around 7 p.m., looked around – and saw a man carrying a downpipe away from the house.
