While Emmanuel Macron again charged rebellious France in the Council of Ministers, the elected representatives of the left party largely responded and counter-attacked, mentioning the “highway for the RN” built by the macronie.
The executive was offensive this Wednesday against rebellious France. Emmanuel Macron and Élisabeth Borne in turn attacked Jean-Luc Mélenchon and La France insoumise on Wednesday, who are doing “the short scale” at the National Rally according to the Head of State and “continue to question the police “after May 1st for the Prime Minister.
According to participants in the Council of Ministers at BFMTV, the Head of State declared that “the rebellious are making short work of the RN”, adding that “the rebels feed the factions”.
La France insoumise, and its leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon, have been under fire from government criticism since Tuesday for not having unanimously condemned the violence of certain demonstrators against the police.
A “human pyramid” at the RN
The left-wing party reacted very quickly and counter-attacked against the words of the President of the Republic. The LFI group in the Assembly estimated that Emmanuel Macron was making a “human pyramid” at the RN by mentioning previous actions or statements by the government: “The macronie voted for two RN vice-presidents (in the National Assembly, editor’s note ), Darmanin finds Le Pen too soft, Dussopt finds her ‘more republican than many others’, Le Maire speaks like the RN on social assistance…”
Same rhetoric on the side of MP Danièle Obono. “Who has been in power for 6 years? Who is leading a policy of social regression, authoritarian, liberticidal and climaticidal? (…) LFI? No, macronie. CQFD”, she tweeted.
Ugo Bernalicis and Hadrien Clouet have chosen to respond to the President of the Republic with the same press title: that of Monde mentioning the integration of the RN into the Defense Committee of the Assembly and the parliamentary intelligence delegation. Tweets shared by Jean-Luc Mélenchon and the president of the LFI group at the Assembly Mathilde Panot.
“Firefighter-arsonist!” Launched LFI deputy from the North Adrien Quatennens before warning: “To prevent the far right, the Liberals must be ousted from power!”
He was joined by his colleague Bastien Lachaud. “Not a single day (of appeasement) without a new stupidity. The post-truth of the Macronist regime. In our reality, the result of 5 years of Macronism is a highway for the RN and the red carpet at the Assembly”, lamented the elected representative of Seine-Saint-Denis.
