FC Barcelona is said to have taken a liking to the 27-year-old defender. But apparently there is also a top English club that has Pavard on the list. As reported by ‘Football Insider’, Manchester United have the Frenchman on their radar.
The Red Devils are looking for a new right-back. It should be Jeremie Frimpong (22) from Bayer Leverkusen. But Bayern are also on the Dutchman’s turn. If they are surprisingly awarded, United could launch an attack on Pavard, according to the portal.
Pavard wants to defend inside
But actually, Pavard no longer wants to play right-back. The 2018 world champion makes no secret of the fact that he feels more comfortable in the center of defence. This is also a crucial point in the extension talks with FCB. Pavard’s contract expires in 2024.
