The Stadium Review Commission was in charge of inspecting the sports venue to determine if the field was already in adequate condition for a game after it presented significant damage from a concert. Consequently, the press release added that there will be no change to the game that is scheduled for January 12, the date on which the activity of the MX League.

“Therefore, the meeting between the Atlas clubs Y Mazatlan FC corresponding to the day 2 of Closing Tournament 2023will be carried out as originally scheduled: Thursday January 12 at 9:00 p.m. at the Jalisco Stadium,” the statement concluded.
