SVT Nyheter Skåne has in its review by lawyer Soheil Naderi revealed how Ingeborg Spohn, without close relatives and suffering from dementia, was forced to sign documents in 2021 in which she gave away almost everything she owns to the lawyer himself.
Karin Lycke became a good man after the scam was discovered. She has since done several things to try to secure Ingeborg’s assets.
The house has been sold and Ingeborg lives today in a nursing home.

Lawyer Soheil Naderi reported to the police
The exact circumstances surrounding how lawyer Soheil Naderi came to Ingeborg Spohn’s home are still unclear. The case has been reported to the police and a police investigation is underway.
When SVT Nyheter Skåne calls the investigator at the police in Stockholm, Kerstin Söderberg, she does not want to answer whether and, if so, what investigative measures have been taken since the report was received in 2021.
– I wish the police could do something here, says Karin Lycke.
Because the will is still an unresolved issue.
Ingeborg wants to donate to humanitarian organizations, according to the will she wrote in 2011.
– It is her last will, not to give everything to Soheil Naderi, says Karin Lycke.
Several difficulties surrounding Ingeborg’s will
After SVT’s publication, Karin Lycke has received several offers of help from family law lawyers to try to invalidate the will.
Karin Lycke describes it as a fight against the clock to save Ingeborg’s will, because she is without heirs and suffers from dementia.
– We will see if I can become a trustee and in that way draw up a new will for Ingeborg.
We have reached out to Soheil Naderi for comment, but he has not responded. In documents that SVT has seen, he has written that the will follows Ingeborg Spohn’s will.
