After announcing that Atomic Hearts would not have a multiplayer mode, the Polish developers of Mundfish have just unveiled a gameplay video showing ray-tracing in play.
Always more beautiful
It was during the Nvidia show at CES 2023 unveiling the RTX 4070ti that Mundfish unveiled a splendid trailer highlighting the ray tracing technology in its rendering engine, thus offering an even more sublime visual quality than previously.
It’s sadly hard to see what ray tracing can offer on short action-packed sequences like this, but there’s no doubt that Atomic Hearts will deliver absolutely stunning visuals.
As a reminder, ray tracing makes it possible to create more realistic light effects and reflections, which gives environments an unparalleled beauty. Unfortunately, this technology is very greedy and players wishing to take advantage of it will have to give up high performance.
Recently made official for February 21, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC, the game will also be included in Xbox Game Pass.
