The Puy-de-Dôme landscape is drawn by 80 volcanoes. On some slopes, vines grow in the volcanic soil. Mathieu Quesnewinegrower, owns five hectares of vines, which produce a volcanic wine with peppery and smoky notes. It exports 25% of its production, mainly in the United States and Canada. Volcanic earth resists global warming
