While the iPhone 14s were released a few months ago, new rumors about future iPhones are starting to appear on the web. Presumably, the iPhone 15 Pro models could be more expensive than their predecessors, according to a new leak.

How much will the iPhone 15 Pro cost?

The iPhone 15s are expected to debut towards the end of the year. Long before that, however, details of Apple’s next-gen smartphones slowly began to surface, with the latest claiming that a new price increase could well happen.

According to Chinese sources, Apple is preparing to increase its prices, as it has already done this year. This price hike shouldn’t affect the entire range, however, with the source claiming that the iPhone 15 Pro models, in particular, will cost more than their predecessors.

Why ? According to the source, this difference would aim to better distinguish the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus and the duo of the iPhone 15 Pro. We already know that Apple’s flagship model, the iPhone 15 Ultra, will likely cost between $1199 or $1299. It would thus be $100 or $200 more expensive than the iPhone 14 Pro Max whose production is currently slowed down due to anti-Covid restrictions.

The leak indicates that the iPhone 15 Plus would thus be marketed at a price of 899 dollars, the current price across the Atlantic, while the iPhone 15 Pro will go from 999 to 1,049 dollars. A small increase therefore, but which could potentially have repercussions a little stronger at home, in Europe. The fault would also be due to the new Apple chips produced by TSMC and engraved in 3 nm, which would cost more to produce.
