Measures have been taken by the directorates of education of all the wilayas of the country to ensure the success of the official school exams scheduled for next June.
The educational establishments, which will host the tests, have been informed in advance of the need to not allowing cell phones to be brought into procedure centers to avoid the electronic cheating that has spread in recent years.

Anyone who makes public or divulges the subjects or answers of official school examinations, either before or during the examinations, will be liable toa prison sentence of one to three years and a fine ranging from 10 to 30 million centimes.
The individuals involved in leaking or posting topics or replies belonging to persons responsible for the preparation and organization of official examinations will be subject to a prison sentence of 5 to 10 yearsaccompanied by a fine of 50 to 100 million cents.

Some colleges and high schools have also brought forward the date of school exams to finish on time. Heads of educational institutions were encouraged to take additional measures on the ground to guarantee the smooth running of the official school examinations of June 2023 session.
Finally, the pupils of the primary education cycle will have an appointment with the final exams between May 28 and June 1.
Beginning of the withdrawal of invitations to the BEM and BAC 2023
The Ministry of National Education has announced that the schooled and free candidates who will take the examination for the Brevet de l’enseignement Moyen (GOOD) or the baccalaureate (Bac) in 2023 can now collect their invitations. Candidates can withdraw them from May 10 to June 7 for the BEM and from May 10 to June 15 for the Bac.

They have several options for obtaining their summons, in particular online via the electronic account of their establishment director, on the parents’ space on the digital platform of the Ministry of National Education or on the website of the National Office exams and competitions (OK) to the following address : https://bem.onec.dz.
