“Change something in football, not like the times. In Mexican soccer you cannot watch 90 minutes, because there is no competition, there are 18 teams and they all qualify, well 12 pass, no one is promoted and no one is relegated, that’s why no one watches Mexican soccer,” said Arturo Elías Ayub.
