The Executive power recently established that public sector employees receive a bonus of 200 soles that added to the 300 soles that was previously promised make a total of 500 nuevos soles.
The delivery of this bonus was made official through the Emergency Decree No. 026-2022, published today in the Official Gazette El Peruano. In this way, public employees will be able to receive an exceptional and one-time bonus of 200 nuevos soles.
It should be taken into account that previously the government established the delivery of a Christmas bonus corresponding to 300 nuevos soles (By Supreme Decree No. 283-2022-EF).
After that, when Dina Boluarte assumed the mandate coordinated with the Ministry of Economy and Finance so that the workers of public entities receive a total of 500 soles for Christmas bonus and extraordinary bonus, according to the government portal.

- named servers
- counted servers
- state pensioners
- university teachers
- health personnel
- Permanent and temporary workers
- Armed Forces Personnel
- Peruvian National Police personnel

WHICH WORKERS WILL BE GIVEN AN EXTRA 100 SOLES?
In addition to what is established the government portal It specifies that workers whose gross monthly remuneration is less than or equal to 2,000 soles will have the benefit of receiving 100 nuevos soles.
This amount will be allocated to public officials and servants of the indicated regimes, but with the condition that their salary does not exceed the established figure.
