Selon Daniel Richtman (via World of Reel), Sony Pictures is developing a spin-off that would center on Molly Tracey. The young girl was played by the Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson in the 2012 action comedy. So she would return a decade later and presumably become a cop, undercover among young people. The project is still a little vague, but we understand that the idea is to make 21 Jump Street feminine. A concept that the studio had already tried to put in place in 2018, around Tiffany Haddish, and Awkwafina, without success.
Remember that the two films 21 Jump Streetworn by Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill, was an adaptation of the series that put Johnny Depp on the map.
