Password manager online service LastPass admits that unauthorized persons had access to customer data when it broke into a third-party cloud system. These include e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and passwords. However, a lot of data should be encrypted. At the beginning of December, unknown attackers were able to access a cloud storage with data from LastPass. To do this, they attacked an employee using information from source code captured in August and thus got hold of the cloud access data. In December it was still said that customer passwords were secure. It is currently unknown how many customers are affected. In order to prevent further security incidents, LastPass states that it has rebuilt its entire IT infrastructure with additional security mechanisms.

The accusation is that Musk abuses his authority and acts “arbitrarily and capriciously”.

There is enough choice: although countless large-scale productions have been postponed to the coming year, a large number of strong titles will again be available in 2022. This is not only thanks to “Elden Ring” developer FromSoftware, but also to the strong indie scene. Heise online has looked at ten outstanding games that can fill up the free time over the holidays and between the years.
