During Friday, two matches were played in the women’s National League.
In the match between HJK and HPS, the only goal came already in the second minute, when Lotta Lindström’s shot hit the back of the net. HJK could thus collect their fourth straight victory for the season.
The match between PK-35 and TPS ended in a draw. Sanna Saarinen scored the opening goal for PK-35 after only 10 minutes played. It would take until the second half before TPS equalized, which they did through Nelly Lehtilä. However, TPS did not have to rejoice for long before PK-35’s Roosa Toivonen regained the lead for the home team after only three minutes. TPS’s Jenni Rasmus still made sure the team didn’t go home scoreless when she scored the 2-2 goal after 67 minutes played.
