CDMX.- Salma Hayek stole several glances this Tuesday during the red carpet of the Golden Globes, and not only for her wardrobe, but for the Mexican sweets that accompanied her.

Hayek, 56, walked the carpet with a Pulparindo and a Mazapán, both from the Mexican company “De La Rosa.”

This action caused a sensation on social networks and unleashed endless comments from Mexican fans.

“Salma Hayek with her pulparindo at the Golden Globes and you asking for a Ferrero cigar” and “Salma Hayek as the Goddess she is, on the red carpet of the Golden Globes with a pulparindo”, were some of the comments towards the protagonist of Frida.

Hayek wore a nude beaded Gucci dress with a mermaid cut and sweetheart neckline.

During her time on the carpet, the Mexican actress met several celebrities, including: Harvey Guillén and Austin Butler, who won the Best Actor Award for Elvis.

Salma Hayek was part of the second group of presenters at the 80th edition of the Golden Globes.
