After a long break, it was time again – nothing stood in the way of a happy get-together in the parish hall of St. Karl!
90 guests were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, including many “protected” and beautifully masked ladies and gentlemen. Chairwoman Resi Strohmajer welcomed the seniors and the two city councilors Erika Kawasser and Bernhard Amann and expressed her thanks for the numerous raffle donations from the Hohenems shops. Five musicians from the “Mitanand” singing group played. With their upbeat music, they made a significant contribution to the good mood – people happily sang along, swayed and swung many a leg. There was hearty laughter during the show by Renate Jäger and Irene Eisenhofer with their “gossip on the bench”. Another highlight of the afternoon was the arrival of the knight couple with a delegation from the Embser Guard. The guard girls received a lot of applause for their lively dance.
The social circle team is looking forward to the next get-together with the seniors on March 15, 2023.
