The President of the Chamber of Deputies, Cecilia Moreaupointed out that “it is necessary for all deputies to meet to discuss issues that are on the people’s agenda, such as the Pension Debt Payment Plan, a problem that today affects more than 800,000 people who are not collecting the retirement that corresponds to them”.
In statements to Infoban Radio, Moreau asserted that “the enormous majority of Argentine men and women do not meet 30 years of contributionsTherefore, it is urgent that we work with concrete actions to improve the quality of life of citizens”.
Likewise, the head of the lower house emphasized that “another of the important issues that we have to deal with is the creation of universities. There are thousands of young people who want to study a career near their home and we have to give them that chance so that the children of workers can have tools to build a better future.”
“universities such as the one in the Delta, the one in Río Tercero in Córdoba or Cañuelas, among others that we are promoting, are necessary so that our young people can have better access to a quality, open and federal education, because this government does care that our children can progress,” he said.

With respect to the project that promotes the voluntary declaration of non-externalized Argentine savings, Moreau agreed with the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, when affirming that “it is part of an act of strict tax justice” and added that “if we want to seriously order the tax system of our country, we have to reduce the tax burden for all those who comply with their obligations and for this it is necessary that those who evade their obligations put themselves in order”.
In this sense, he pointed out “qWe want an efficient State and for that we must prioritize the well-being of all Argentine men and women through clear accounts and fair measures that benefit society and that is why this is also an opportunity to regularize the market and end with some living who do not comply with the payment of those who belong to them”.
