Artificial intelligence is ubiquitous and is already affecting our society in ways we could not have imagined a few years ago. The Technology continues to develop rapidly and causes a sensation with fake photos of the Pope or theses written with ChatGPT. The newly emerging problems pose challenges for both examiners and private individuals.

Again and again voices are raised, some sharper legal situation for the development of artificial intelligence. Just recently, Elon Musk, along with over a thousand other experts and scientists, called for the complete development stop of AI.
