Warner Bros has just shown the first trailer for its upcoming superhero epic The Flash and we are served not only time jumping but also an alternative Man of Steel, several patches of leather, a really angry General Zod and copious amounts of rip-roaring action.

After seemingly breaking time and space under unclear circumstances, Ezra Miller’s The Flash now promises to set things right again as DC now steps into its own version of the multiverse with different dimensions and multiple editions of different characters. The film, which was originally supposed to premiere on July 1, 2022, has been delayed several times in the wake of both production problems and not least Ezra Miller’s various outings.

That he even got to keep the role is nothing less than a miracle considering that he has been accused of grooming and brainwashing several minors, been arrested in Hawaii multiple times in connection with violent outbursts and also claimed to be Jesus being chased by demons. Something he still goes to therapy for and according to Warner the actor is making progress, at the same time that The Flash movie received incredible praise from those who got to see early versions of it.

You can read the synopsis of the film below and you can check out the trailer here. The Flash will premiere on June 23 in cinemas around the world.

Worlds collide in The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to,” says the synopsis. “That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian… albeit not the one he’s looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?

What do you think, does the movie look promising?

Keaton is back in top form!
