According to the China Meteorological System, weeks ago it was warned about the adverse weather conditions that would exist in the country and the population was recommended to take precautions against cold waves.

In the north of the Asian country, the temperatures that were recorded were extreme in the last week of January when the thermometer registered -53°C, being the lowest mark in the history of the geographical area, beating the record of 1969, having a temperature that dropped to 47 degrees.
