Un a court in the city of Mannheim, Germany, ruled in favor of Nokia in a lawsuit that opposed the company and the Chinese Vivo. The decision may force Vivo to suspend sales in the German market.

The lawsuit concerns a Nokia 4G technology patent. Remember that the company has already won court cases against Oppo and OnePlus, which forced the companies to ban the sales of mobile phones in Germany.

Vivo has already made it known that it will continue to negotiate a renewal of the patent licensing agreement with Nokia, noting that it is ready to suspend sales if the court so requires.

Still, says the GSMArena website that Vivo also noted that it intends to appeal the decision and affirms its commitment to the German market.
