After leaving photography and her job as a producer, this young woman has succeeded in Miami as a health coach, helping others heal physically and mentally.
The story of this girl began when she was only 20 years old when she left Cuba for Spain, where she graduated from the Madrid Film University.
For 10 years she worked as a photographer and producer and arrived in Miami with a successful career and future ahead of her, sharing even with well-known artists, but something was not right.
“For me, my main resource has always been my voice and my energy faded when I worked behind the camera,” he confesses in a video on Instagram that summarizes the radical change he decided to give his life.
Although he admits he earned money with these jobs, he understood at one point that this “is not the end but also the means and the important thing is not when you arrive but the trip, you realize that working on something that does not entertain you is almost mutilating your gifts ”.
“Fate took me out of my comfort zone and I decided to trust the universe in what I had and supported or the mission for which it put me here,” says Claudia, who began to learn various spiritual practices to heal herself and help other people to heal after going through different traumas.
What one day began with yoga sessions, being an exercise for herself, to change her habits and way of life, almost a year later they transformed her into a physical and mental health coach whose classes are full of people who are also looking for that spiritual peace.
“I feel like the luckiest person in the world but to say that it has been luck is to take away all the courage and put the courage to choose differently,” said Claudia, who did not hesitate to advise all those who, like her, want to break schemes and give a big leap in their lives.
