President Alberto Fernandez He announced this Monday that he will abide by the Supreme Court’s ruling on co-participation and will transfer to the City of Buenos Aires the funds that arise from the precautionary measure. However, he stressed that the payment will be made with TX31 bonds.
“Judicial decisions are binding even when deemed unfair and unfair. Respectful of the Rule of Law, I will seek to reverse the bad resolution of the Court and return to the path of federalism, observing and enforcing the Constitution as I have sworn to do,” she stated through a Twitter thread.
