Despite the rib not yet fully healed, Helene Fischer is currently on stage with her “Rausch” tour. An expert is certain: the Schlagerqueen could not have afforded a longer break.

Hamburg – Helene Fischer (38) celebrated a spectacular stage comeback last Tuesday (April 11) in the Barclays Arena in Hamburg and at the same time the start of her slightly delayed “Rausch” tour. After a rib fracture, the Schlagerqueen had to cancel the first appointments at short notice. However, Fischer did not need much time to recover.

Changed music business: earlier CDs and records, today shows and concerts

Music producer Thomas Stein has now explained to the broadcaster RTL in an interviewwhat is behind Fischer’s rapid return: Accordingly, the singer could not have afforded a longer break. According to Stein, artists like Helene Fischer get 80 to 90 percent of their income from concerts.

In the past, however, the sales of CDs and records were the biggest source of money for musicians. “Today the concert is the most important tool. (…) The streams of income have shifted. At concerts you can generate significantly more income today than was previously the case with records or CDs,” Stein reveals, but also emphasizes: “However, this requires that you can sing and present live.” As is well known, Helene Fischer does not meet those requirements Doubt.

This is how much the most successful live tours of all time have recorded:

U2 – “360° Tour” (834 million euros)

Ed Sheeran – “÷ Tour” (773 million euros)

The Rolling Stones – “Bigger Bang Tour” (685 million euros)

Music expert suspects: That’s how much Helene Fischer earns with her mega tour

According to Stein, the 38-year-old should be rewarded accordingly for her mega show together with the artists of the Canadian Cirque du Soleil. Every artist has different forms of participation for their performances, the music producer reveals. He assumes “that Helene Fischer will carry out the concert mainly with her management and then keep (about) 80 percent of the income”.

Although Fischer, according to the expert, bears all the costs himself, for example for “the stage, the light, every spotlight, every parking lot attendant”, the ticket prices “always guarantee an adequate income”.
