Nmecha, who switched from Manchester City to the Wolves in 2021 for eight million euros, has only made 18 appearances this season. The 24-year-old German international has been plagued by knee problems since November. Nevertheless, Kovac is optimistic: “He is busy working his way back up the field. We and he managed to get the pain out.”
