Kneipp gymnasts visited the glassblowers in Schmidsfelden.

Dornbirn. The gymnasts from the Kneipp Aktiv Club Dornbirn from Rohrbach and Haselstauden recently met for their annual excursion, which took them to Wangen. During a leisurely morning, the women explored the city and enjoyed sweet treats at the well-known Fidelis Beck before they went to the next culinary stop in the Bayrischer Hof for lunch.

The organizers had come up with a special program item for the afternoon. The sporty ladies visited the glassblowing workshop in Schmidsfelden, where the group could look over the shoulder of a glassmaker at work. Afterwards, of course, there was also the opportunity to purchase beautiful individual pieces.

At the end of the day, the group of excursionists finally met in the “Rädele zum Winzer”, where Lake Constance wines and special delicacies were tasted, before the journey along Lake Constance led back to Dornbirn. “A special thanks goes to our organizers Markus Felder from NKG Reisen and Marlene Thurnher for the interesting excursion,” says Andrea Bodemann-Greber from the Kneipp Aktiv-Club Dornbirn.
