A SpongeBob fan has recreated the Krusty Krab in Minecraft. Famous for being a game for children, but with players of all ages, Minecraft it often receives crossovers in the form of builds created by the community.
SpongeBob was created by Stephen Hillenburg and debuted in Nickelodeon in 1999, and is currently Nickelodeon’s longest-running show. With hundreds of episodes already aired, the animated series follows the adventures of sponge Bobone of the best Nickelodeon characters.
sponge Bob is an optimistic and charismatic sea sponge living in Bikini Bottom, living a life filled with surreal humor and comedic adventures every day. SpongeBob has appeared in various segments of pop culture, including his own games and three movies.
Now, the user La_knavo4 shared on reddit images of his recreation of the Krusty Krab in Minecraft. The Krusty Krab, one of SpongeBob’s main locations, is a fast food restaurant located in Bikini Bottom. Owned by Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob works at the Krusty Krab making the famous Krabby Burger.
The player-made build is plain compared to other player-made Minecraft reproductions, but the result is charming. The player reproduced details such as the flags on the Krusty Krab’s facade and the large white sign reading “The Krusty Krab”. The player also successfully reproduced the sidewalk around the Krusty Krab, and the appearance of the restaurant, which resembles a treasure chest.
