Cristina Pedroche welcomed her little Laia into the world on July 14. The presenter gave birth to her first daughter with Dabiz Muñoz and she did so after having carried out a great preparation that provided her with a few details on the day of delivery and that led her not to request the epidural. Now, in the middle of postpartum and in the midst of “many ups and downs of emotions, many fears, many doubts, many tears”, The woman from Madrid has shown the tattoo that has already adorned her arm in honor of Laia.
In her latest post on Instagram, Cristina has shown the drawing that has been made on her right arm and that reflects the uterine waves that made her daughter’s arrival into the world possible. “My uterine waves brought me my daughter… Always with me on my skin and in my heart”, he shared. The drawing shows a wave that ends with an L, the initial of her baby.
In the text with which she has accompanied the image, she has taken the opportunity to send a message of gratitude to the experts who accompanied her throughout the process and taught her the technique of hypnobirthing. “Thank you for making me believe in myself, in my power, that I could overcome my fears and that I am the best mother my daughter could have.”.
During her pregnancy, the presenter did not stop sharing content about the pregnancy and how she was carrying out the process. She at all times assured that with the techniques she was learning she would be able to control the pain during the birth of her daughter and finally, thanks to the control of her breathing, she managed to overcome the delivery without resorting to an epidural.
“I was very calm and I did not remember her. In the hypnobirthing course they taught me many resources to manage pain and I built my own ladder to choose one thing or another as the intensity of the uterine waves increased, and the epidural was the last on my list.
