Indeed, customers of Algeria ferries are constantly rescheduling their trips because of the disruptions announced by this shipping company. The latter have even launched a petition in which they demand to find a real solution for Algerian ferries, allowing them to travel as normally as possible with the national maritime carrier.

Algeria Ferries: further cancellations of crossings to Spain

In a new statement made public today, January 8, 2023, on its official website, Algeria ferries announced further cancellations of its trips. In particular those departing from the port of Oran to Alicante in Spain.

Indeed, according to the Algeria Ferries press release, these cancellations concern the crossing from Oran to Alicante scheduled for Monday January 9 at 9:00 a.m. But also, that from Alicante to Oran scheduled for January 10, 2023 at the same time.

Once again, Algérie ferries announces cancellations without specifying the reason for these.

The Skikda – Marseille crossing postponed

Another program which has experienced disruptions is that concerning crossings between the port of Skikda and that of Marseille in France. Indeed, in a message addressed to the travelers concerned by this trip, the national maritime carrier announced the postponement of the crossing which was scheduled for today January 8, 2023.

The latter has been postponed for next January 10 at 2:00 p.m. And this, in particular following unfavorable weather conditions for navigation. In addition, registration for this crossing will begin at 6:30 a.m.
