For many Cubans, just like for those born in the United States, July 4 has become a day of celebration, not only because of the anniversary of the country’s independence but also because it is an opportunity to give thanks for the opportunities that the country has given them.
On Thursday, social media witnessed the messages of many Cuban artists and influencers for Independence Day, and in each one of them the infinite gratitude of these adopted children was reflected.
Willy Chirino:
“Blessed and grateful to God for allowing us to live in the best country in the world! Thank you to this noble nation for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to, through work and the desire to improve ourselves, achieve the American dream… LONG LIVE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!”
Emilio and Gloria Estefan:
“Blessed and grateful to live in this great country. Thank you to our heroes and service members who always take care of us. Happy 4th of July!”

“Happy Independence Day.
