Cuban reggaeton artist Fixty Ordara caught on camera in a violent fight at his concert in Havana

As published by the portal Cuban newspaperLast weekend night at Bar 212 in Galiano, Havana, was shaken by an altercation where the Cuban reggaeton singer Fixty Ordara was involved. The confrontation occurred during a live performance in which the artist shared the stage with his musical partner Ja Rulay.

According to witnesses at the scene, the fight started when a man, presumably the boyfriend of a woman the singer was sharing with, got angry. This version was supported by the statement of the Cuban youtuber and influencer Michel Díaz, known as Michelito Dando Chucho, who added to the tension by publishing the event on his Instagram profile.

Those attending the event recorded the confrontation with their cell phones, which was widely disseminated on social networks. Among those who published the images was Un Martí To Durako, a youtuber of great influence in the Cuban community.

Video circulating on social media shows Fixty Ordara getting into a heated argument and gesturing heavily before several people tried to contain the situation. Afterwards, the singer and Ja Rulay are seen abruptly leaving the stage, just before the fight broke out.

In an Instagram story, the singer apologized to his audience, and clarified that he was not involved: “Truly thousands of apologies to my followers. I want to tell you that I didn’t fight, I only got upset because the one with the problem was a friend of mine.”

According to what a witness told Michelito, the mothers of both singers were also present at the bar during the incident. In one of the videos, the two women are seen trying to de-escalate the situation from the VIP area of the bar.

The fight could have taken a much more dangerous turn, as one social media user claimed he came close to a knife attack. “For little what they give him is a stab, that was a fire,” said the Internet user.

It is not the first time that a presentation by Fixty Ordara and Ja Rulay ends in an altercation. In August of last year, a reggaeton concert at the Marianao Amphitheater in Havana also ended in a riot, reminding the audience that talent and controversy can go hand in hand.

On another occasion, a fight caused the railing of a nightclub to collapse when the artists were singing. From what could be seen in the shared images, several fans fell from the second floor of the Tu Kaza bar, in San Miguel del Padrón, a site near the Virgen del Camino.
