Eileen Morales, resident in the US and known as “La Cubana TikTok” caused a huge stir in that social network after stating that he is not interested in cultivating humility and that he would rather have money than be humble.

The young woman explained an experience she had when she left the Darien junglewhich he assures showed him the importance of having a “ticket” in this life.

The video was in response to a netizen who accused her of not being humble and of having a very high ego, a recurring comment in many videos that the young woman publishes.

“You lack humility. Remember that life goes back and forth and you can know misery again”, were the words that motivated the Cuban woman’s fiery response; whose response that has gone viral in a few days with more than 500,000 views.

He began by telling that after being living in Chile she did not settle and wanted to reach the United States, which led her to cross 10 countries and often sleep in miserable conditions.

She says that when she left the jungle, she and the group she was with wanted to rent a hotel to rest, but she says that in many places they were denied entry and suffered mistreatment because they looked bad and were dirty.

“But since I didn’t have humility, but what I had was a ticket and I melted with that mistreatment and with the way people looked at us, I looked for the best hotel in that area and made a reservation by phone, because there was a card to pay. ”he explained.

He says that when he entered the hotel all the people were elegant and they looked at them badly.

“But I said ‘I have’ a reservation and they had to bite. We had already taken a little walk around the store, we had bought clothes, shoes, we went upstairs, we bathed and we went down to the restaurant to ask for whatever we wanted, because… that’s why I prefer the ticket to humility”, he affirmed smiling.

The Cuban recounts that they were treated like kings because they had money to pay. After dinner, they went to the pool for drinks and then to a party in the hotel lobby.

“That’s why I prefer the ticket than humility”Eileen concluded her story with the charisma that characterizes her and that has led her to accumulate more than 684 thousand subscribers in the aforementioned social network.

In this case, his anecdote generated almost 2,000 comments, many of them criticizing his use of the term humility as a synonym for poverty. Several pointed out that humility is a virtue: “the mixture of generosity, empathy, gratitude and conscience”, according to one of many commentators.

Others assured that you can have money and humility at the same time and that sometimes even people who have more money behave in a more humble way.

There was also a woman with a “ticket” who, based on her own experience, came to deny the Cuban.
