Carlos Bechtholdt, sports manager of Curicó Unido, spoke about the interest they have in Cristián Zavala.
Cristián Zavala is with all his teammates in the Colo Colo preseason and is one of the options that Gustavo Quinteros is considering for the 2023 season. However, his future still seems uncertain.
This is due to the interest that exists on the part of Curicó Unido and that has not yet left. In fact, a couple of weeks ago the team charged for the player and from Blanco y Negro they received no response.
“We made a proposal, which Colo Colo never answered. That’s where the player wanted to come,” said Carlos Bechtholdt, sports manager of Curicó Unido to the supporter of the area, MCU Pura Pasión.
But as we mentioned, the interest of Curicó Unido did not stop there and in this same interview they made it clear that they made a new proposal for Cristián Zavala, to which they await a response.
“The proposal now is different. Colo Colo is evaluating it, we hope that Colo Colo will answer us by Wednesday, the economic terms are different. If the player wants to come, we will receive him with open doors,” he explained.
