At the beginning of the 2000s, the marriage of the dream couple almost fell apart due to rumors that the football professional, who was still active at the time, was having an affair. Rebecca Loos, 46, went to the press with her story about an alleged liaison with the English team captain after he moved from Manchester United to Real Madrid.

Her husband also remembers that the couple felt like they were “drowning” and that he himself felt “physically ill” every day as he tried to fight for his marriage.
Meanwhile, Rebecca Loos achieved dubious fame. The Dutch-born woman lost her job as Beckham’s personal assistant in the wake of the scandal, but from then on she appeared on various reality TV formats and posed for men’s magazines such as “Zoo” and “Playboy”. In 2004, she caused a stir again on the show “The Farm” when she satisfied a pig in order to collect its sperm.
Rebecca Loos lives an idyllic country life in Norway
She recently stated that she does not regret going public in 2003 with her story about the alleged affair with David Beckham, who vehemently denies it to this day. Nevertheless, the now 46-year-old has since made a complete turnaround.
Around 20 years after the scandal, Rebecca now lives in Norway, is married and teaches yoga at her own retreat. She met the Norwegian doctor Sven Christjar Skaiaa, and their first child was born in 2008. Four years later, the couple exchanged vows before becoming parents to another child. The couple lives with their two sons in the mountains of the Norwegian municipality of Hemsedal.
Rebecca Loos has left the scandalous noughties far behind her. On her Instagram account, she shows her around 18,000 followers that she is close to nature, hiking, mowing the lawn and collecting mushrooms. While the preview for the Beckhams’ documentary took place in London on October 3rd, the former Dutch model advertised a yin yoga course in his Instagram story and showed up at the hairdresser.
“Now I spend my time doing yoga, running, cycling and hiking, as well as collecting wild food for my two little sons. Life is very different,” she recently told The Sun. “I’m so happy. I don’t regret anything,” she said in an interview with Daily Mail.
