While some players have already ventured into the dark caverns of Ishimura with the break of day one of Dead Space Remake, EA Motive provides us with the latest details on the survival horror remake before its imminent official debut.
Through a Twitter post addressed to a fan asking for information about it, the EA Motive team confirmed that Dead Space Remake will include New Game Plus at launch. Players will then be able to restart their game once the narrative arc is over and will presumably be able to use all the equipment collected up to that point. The news doesn’t stop there, as the New Game Plus will include some interesting additions – including a secret ending – which could greatly encourage users to embark on a second journey in the role of Isaac Clarke
“Yes, Dead Space will have New Game+ at launch which includes: the Level 6 Advanced Suit, New Necromorphs in the Phantom Variant, a Secret Ending”says the twitter that we have reported at the bottom of the news.
At the moment it is not clear what the secret ending of the remake could consist of. The conclusion of the original game was to act as a bridge to the beginning of the second chapter of the series, and in this remake additional details may have been introduced that could tie back to Dead Space 2 (or perhaps to its future remake).
