BFMTV INFO – A 16-year-old high school student was fatally stabbed this Monday morning in Thiais in Val-de-Marne, while he was trying to calm two bands before the start of a brawl, report witnesses present on the spot.
A brawl broke out this Monday morning near Guillaume Apollinaire de Thiais (Val-de-Marne). A 16-year-old boy died there after being stabbed near the heart while another suffered a leg injury.
According to information from BFMTV, several witnesses on the spot noted that the deceased teenager was trying to calm the two gangs when the brawl began. It was then that he suffered a stab wound to the heart.
When officers arrived, just minutes after calls to the 17, they found the two victims lying on the ground, with other teenagers rescuing them and trying to stop the bleeding.
The police then proceeded to a cardiac massage on the teenager hit in the chest, until the arrival of the firefighters, but he did not survive.
The second teenager affected, on whom the police made a tourniquet, was transported in absolute urgency to the hospital. His vital prognosis is no longer engaged.
The victim group of the attackers is part of the city of Grands Champs, in Thiais, according to our information.
Three minors arrested
After the arrest of a 16-year-old on Monday morning, two other minors were taken into custody at the start of the evening. These two young people are 15 and 16 years old, indicated the parquet floor of Créteil.
The 15-year-old minor is not unfavorably known to justice, the Créteil prosecution told BFMTV, while the second was the subject of a legal warning for illicit use of narcotics in 2022.
At this stage of the investigation, “the suspect or suspects” have not yet been identified, according to the public prosecutor of Créteil Stéphane Hardouin during a press briefing in the afternoon, but the track of a rivalry between bands is greatly privileged.
The confrontation was visibly prepared. The prosecution indicated that, around 8 a.m., a group of six to ten people from Choisy-le-Roi showed up near the school to fight it out. The young people first kept watch before attacking the two 16-year-olds. They pursued them for several tens of meters before the attacks were committed.
