VISALIA, California – At 11:30 pm Visalia police officers arrived at Seven Oaks Park in the center of the city to investigate a shooting.
Authorities found a man shot, who was transported to Kaweah Health Hospital in Visalia.
The victim died shortly after being admitted, detectives reported.
