A survey carried out in 2022 mapped the job market for technology professionals in Brazil.
The numbers show that, currently, the deficit of this type of professionals in the country is approximately 100,000 per year.
Almost 44% of workers in this area have no prior experience in IT and, in management positions, this rate exceeds 41%.
