Teri Hatcher. What I love about these Comic Con events is getting to meet fans and hear their unique stories of how these beloved shows and the characters I’ve played in them have brought joy in their lives, the way they brought together families who watched them together, and the joy they were able to bring to them. It means a lot to me. And I’m very grateful for that.

Why did you come to France for the Paris Fan Festival?
I know that my French fans are among the most fervent I have! They are faithful and they express themselves and so I am delighted to participate in an event like this, in Paris. I was very grateful to my French fans for their support when I appeared on the show Mask Singer as a ladybug. It was hard work, but I enjoyed it a lot. It took a whole team of choreographers, producers and stylists to achieve this result. I love all these brilliant artists who are behind this show. It is magic ! Often people don’t realize how much work it takes to get there and only see the result. I really enjoy the whole process.

What memories do you have of Desperate Housewives et Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman ?
Both were unique and rare experiences, with teams of talented people working together to bring these imaginary worlds to life. I made lifelong connections and friendships and am grateful that my work had a positive impact on audiences who enjoyed it.

Which character in your career do you feel closest to?
I don’t see my job that way. I enjoyed all the characters I played. I liked their vulnerabilities, their intellect and their survival instincts. As an actress, I like comedy, the physical side that it requires, it’s almost like music. My favorite job overall was voice acting on film Coraline. Talented artists have come together to create this beautiful, timeless story. It’s a real masterpiece!
What are you most grateful for in your career and in your life?
As an actress, I think one of the things I’m grateful for is having a job. It takes so many people to go from script to screen, and I’m glad I was lucky enough to have even just one opportunity.
