Göfis. The expansion of the biomass heat supply, the fire station or changes in the municipal council were among other things on the agenda of the most recent general meeting in Göfis.
Project group fire brigade/community building yard
Karl Zimmermann will no longer exercise his mandate as a community representative and as a substitute member, and the next substitute member, Jakob Ammann, was appointed by the municipal electoral authority to fill the vacant mandate. The members of the fire brigade/community building yard project group were also nominated, and their first meeting these days will be accompanied by DI Gerald Haselwanter, competition consultant for the Chamber of Architects, and DI Frank Stasi, Vorarlberg committee chairman.
Exception for new residential and commercial building
In addition, the municipal council approved the exception in terms of the spatial development plan for a residential and commercial building in the Gässele area. Since the property is located in a planned central zone, the essential elements desired by the municipality in terms of village and town center development had to be included in the course of the project development. As a prerequisite, the implementation of the entrance and meeting situation must be carried out in accordance with the available report from a traffic planner.
Extension of heat supply system
In the course of the appraisal of the biomass heat supply system in Göfis, expansion with a buffer storage tank was already recommended in advance. As a result, the municipal council has now awarded the heating installation work to the best bidder for a net price of around 82,500 euros.
