How to consume oregano

The fresh or dehydrated leaves can be consumed in infusions or as condiments in different preparations such as salads, pastas, pizzas, fish and meat.

To prepare an oregano infusion, a cup of boiling water and a teaspoon of oregano are required, mix, cover and let stand for up to ten minutes. Subsequently, it is strained and is ready to drink. It is recommended to consume between 2 and 3 cups a day.
