Whis is very quiet and reserved, rarely showing emotion. Although he is not a fighter, he has special abilities that allow him to defend himself if necessary.
In Dragon Ball Super, Bills and Whis become main characters, appearing in many story arcs and in the development of the overall plot of the series. They also play a large role in developing Goku and Vegeta into stronger fighters, helping them reach new levels of power throughout the series.
