The British singer has just released an album, Autumn Variations, and in full promotion he visited comedian Conan OBrien’s podcast. Between confessions, he has revealed an unknown anecdote: one day he came to smoke so much marijuana with Snoop Dogg that I don’t even see him.

The British musician released his seventh album on September 29 Autumn Variations, an album with which the interpreter of Shape of you returned to the music scene in record time: It had only been a few months since I edited ‘Subtract’their most vulnerable album, in May 2023.
Without having had time for the artist’s musical news in the media to calm down, the singer once again became the protagonist for his statements in the podcast by television host and comedian Conan OBrien, Needs A Friend. Between confession and confession, Ed has detailed his anecdote with the rapper Snoop Dogg, in which he was also accompanied by the legendary actor Russell Crowe.
It all happened backstage at the 51-year-old rapper’s concert in Melbourne, Australia, earlier this month. There he found Snoop and his and Crowe’s wife. Although he has admitted that he is not a big smoker, the singer did not want to miss the opportunity to be able to say that he had smoked with Snoop himself: “I thought: I guess at some point in the night I have to do it, just to say: ‘I smoked with Snoop Dogg’… So I smoked a little and thought: ‘I don’t feel that bad. This is good’. Then I smoked a little more, and a little more…”, says the 32-year-old singer, laughing.
The conversation got interesting enough that the songwriter lost track of time and puffs, until he looked at Snoop and realized that his vision had become cloudy. There is even video of the moment they met backstage.
The Briton’s lungs couldn’t keep up with veteran Snoop Dogg when it comes to smoking.
However, Ed Sheeran acknowledged that he knows someone who is a bigger smoker than the rapper, the biggest he has ever met: singer Burna Boy.
