The Selecta de Playa defeated Guadeloupe 10-1 in the second game of the 2023 Concacaf Beach Soccer Championship that takes place in Nassau, Bahamas. This result ensures him a place in the quarterfinals for the ninth time in this type of tournament; tomorrow they will define positions in group A when they face Costa Rica.

Two minutes of play had elapsed when Jason Urbina opened the scoring for El Salvador, in what was the first of four goals that led to his signature and that put him as the tournament’s scoring leader with a total of six goals.

A few minutes later, Rogelio Rauda, ​​the most rookie in the group, made it 2-0 with a powerful forehand from mid-distance that left the Guadeloupean goalkeeper without options. With this score, the Selecta playera closed the first period.
